Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Julapun Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Mr. Paopoom Rojanasakul, Deputy Minister of Finance Co-chaired and witnessed the signing ceremony of the Joint Venture Asset Management Company of Ari Asset Management Co., Ltd. or ARI-AMC between the Government Savings Bank (GSB) and the Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited (BAM), to solve the government’s entire debt problem, in which Mr. Vithai Rattanakorn, President of the Government Savings Bank, and Mr. Bundit Anantamongkol, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management Public Company Limited signed the joint venture at Burachat Auditorium, Government Savings Bank Head Office, May 29, 2024.
